CL2X

The CL2X (Hybrid Uncrewed Light Tank) is a next-generation tracked autonomous combat platform developed to reshape modern land warfare through the integration of hybrid-electric propulsion and full uncrewed operation. 
Designed for networked battlefield environments, the CL2X combines stealth, mobility, and firepower while reducing risks to personnel by removing the crew from the vehicle.

Built around a series hybrid architecture with a range extender for battery recharging, the platform can operate in silent electric mode for portions of its mission, significantly lowering its acoustic signature and reducing the likelihood of detection. The adoption of rubber tracks further enhances stealth while improving mobility across diverse terrain.

Designed to work alongside armoured tracked vehicles, the CL2X supports advanced Manned-Unmanned Teaming (MUM-T) concepts, enabling seamless cooperation between crewed and uncrewed forces. Its operational doctrine allows a single command-and-control vehicle to coordinate multiple combat UGVs, creating distributed and resilient combat formations capable of conducting complex manoeuvres. This approach enhances situational awareness, accelerates decision-making processes, and increases battlefield effectiveness. 


Equipped with an advanced suite of sensors and cameras, the CL2X supports both teleoperation and autonomous driving functions, ensuring operational flexibility across a wide range of missions and threat environments.
