Land armoured Vehicles

The ARIETE C2 is the improved state-of-the-art version of the ARIETE C1 MBT,
derived from the Mid-Life Upgrade Programme.
It involves significant improvements in the hull and the turret.

The VBM Freccia Armoured Infantry Fighting Vehicle is an 8×8 wheeled armoured vehicle, which combines the proven and highly reliable drivetrain of the 8×8 family with a hull especially designed to ensure maximum crew survivability.

The new Centauro II armoured vehicle represents a new stage in the evolution of the legendary Centauro I, the world’s first 8×8 wheeled tank destroyer with a large caliber, high-pressure weapon system.

Following the success of the SUPERAV amphibious platform, chosen by the US Marine Corps in the ACV programme and by the Italian Navy in the VBA programme, IDV has added a land-oriented version to its product portfolio: the SUPERAV Land.
This land armoured vehicle shares a lot of extensively tested solutions with the original SUPERAV amphibious platform, and also benefits from logistical similarities with its amphibious counterpart.
